• Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or via our website. Bookings through Treatwell are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation (email/SMS).

• Please provide accurate medical history and inform us of any allergies, pregnancy, medication, or skin conditions prior to treatment. Failure to disclose may affect your treatment and our liability.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe to proceed.

• Prices shown on the website and price lists are valid at the time of publication but may change. The price charged will be the price confirmed at booking.

• Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept: [List payment methods].

• Gift vouchers are valid for [12] months from purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

For some treatments we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final payment.

Any before/after photography used for clinical records or marketing will be taken only with your consent.
